PRENATAL SUPPORT
Informative and Compassionate
As your doula I look forward to getting to know you and your support team on our prenatal visits. During these appointments I would like to know what your desires are for this birth and what role you see me taking. I will share some exercises you can do during pregnancy, which can be used during labor. We will go over a variety of comfort measures and discuss your postpartum plan to ensure a smooth transition to your new life with your baby. I will be “on call” two weeks before your due date and I will be there to provide you with continuous emotional and physical support, as well as answer any questions you may have.
POSTPARTUM SUPPORT
Here for You
My role with my Postpartum Support service is to make sure you get the best information and care possible. During these appointments I want to know how you're doing, discuss the birth, answer any questions and help out where you need it. That can mean watching the baby so you can take a nap/shower or help with some light housework.
Get in touch with me for my price and packages. I do offer payment plans and offer a sliding scale. Please do not let money be a factor in having a doula or not! You deserve one and we can work something out.
